Well..... not satisfied with this one for now.
Whats New?

- terrain auto triplinear shader for auto cliffs and grass [done]

- AI New State (alright im stuck attempt to _recalculate_steer() --> _reverse_for_3_secs() --> _continue_state() --> _beh_to_beh_tree_loop() again

- terrain bug (~~needs test~~) in blender always apply scale and recalculate normals to outside before exporting the Auto Terrain Modeler's File

- HUD Update: Added Blue dots as OSHI drifters and racers and other members from OSHI

- Clouds Bug (~~needs Test~~) Clouds appear very very bright when game injects graphics content scene [solved by adding Reset every state before saving SCN File]

- Issue reported by many testers and friends (~~needs testing the solution before applying it~~) Gear change  GRR and ROVM (aka roar sound effect on when pressing gas or releasing it) sound effects are loud [solved by adding an extra Audio Lib Bus to the Master for reducing the output for those sounds only (performance loss by 2%, not a big deal]

- mesh bug fix for some vehicles clipping with tyres

- Updated and Fixed Confused sound + car mesh Library on the AI cars

- added new car Chevoletta Bravado 1968 (Camaro SS 1968)

- General RT's engine changed

- {todo} replace RAM SRT10's Body with the old generation

- Change Drift Area Textures (thanks EXIST) [still wip*]

- mix main menu and base game

- [todo] [bug that will be a feature LOL] the main menu music player will have 3 modes, In game and In pause and in main menu mode

- [todo] finish the bay and country side of osaka with advertisement buildings [not done]

- AI drivers have been Updated and there is 2 AIs driving in the city (as test)
